Mining
Being part of CEO Group, which has expertise in exploration and developing mines for all forms of metals and minerals, MAT Resources Development is able to execute your engineering and mining construction projects. CEO Group develops innovative solutions to complex geo-environmental mining problems in Ethiopia. Our professional staff of engineers and geoscientists specialize in potash solution well drilling, energy sector drilling, hydrogeology, geotechnical services, waste containment system design, mine waste characterization and groundwater, contaminant transport and geochemistry.
Construction
The founders of MAT Resources Development have 40 years of combined experience in building construction. From crushing and developing needed materials to managing and budgeting the development of projects we can help. Our experience includes landscape development, process plants and infrastructure. One of our greatest strengths is that we are willing to reach out and partner up with other companies if necessary in order to make us the best team possible so that we can complete every single project successfully and confidently. MAT knows that great minds do not think alike, but rather that they think together.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
MAT Resources Development cares about health, safety, and the environment. As a company we feel it is our duty to ensure our employees (international and local) are provided with the appropriate training (offered in English and Amharic) and equipment to help ensure their health and safety on the job as well as the planet’s. MAT Resources Development has a recycling process plant under our environmental program for paper products.

Trade of Knowledge
MAT Resources Development supports CEO's goal to train Ethiopians with the highest standard of engineering and equipment operating knowledge as the founders of the company received abroad. CEO and MAT will work with Universities in Ethiopia to create an educational program where students can have the opportunity to gain hands on experience with the newest technology, construction equipment and new ideas in various fields. CEO and MAT also have a WE (Women Engineering) program to help ensure equal opportunities for men and women alike.
